Cardiff have been drawn in Group C at the Abercynon sevens.

The group includes Division 1 side Bridgend Athletic, Division 2 side Llantwit Fardre and Division 3 side Glynneath.

Other highlights from the groups include Pontypridd taking on the hosts and Aberavon against Bedlinog who nearly shocked Cardiff in last years SWALEC cup.

The semi-finals take place from 4.00pm with the grand final at 5.50pm
